My son was murdered. Lately I have had a really hard time. I am worried about him. How can I be reassured that he is not afraid or hurting? How can I be at peace with this?

"His experiences now are quite different than when he was alive. Your worry is not helpful to him, but your trust in his safety and in justice will help him find the peace he seeks. He is safe, and he is not hurting. You, however are hurting. Your grief and rage need to be experienced, expressed and released. Please listen within. My voice is the one with reassurance and encouragement to heal. I will give you direct advice and guidance, if you ask me. Also, for external guidance, please see the page on the Four Steps to Self-Realization for specific advice about how you may find your peace.

"The most important step for you now is to release the judgments you still have against yourself for not doing the things guilt has been saying you should have done. When the judgments are released, the guilt will vanish, as it should. It is illusion. You are innocent, and your son is innocent. Your peace is in your innocence, and in your trust that Truth and Justice shall prevail."

"There are presently three people who work on this site. Eventually there will be five. I have asked the channelers to remain publicly anonymous. For now it's important that no one 'take credit' for the channeling, because if someone did, they would necessarily be putting themselves between you and me. The class on how to channel has begun, and soon you can learn to do this for yourself, which is my preference."

God, how can I stay better connected with you?

"From my side, we are already quite well connected, so nothing more is needed here. It is your awareness of it you want to improve and I will show you an easy way to remember and strengthen our connection.

"When you breathe in, say to yourself, 'Breathing in God.' When you exhale say, 'Breathing out Love.'

"This is good practice before and after any other activity. You have my promise I'll be here with you when you do this. Although you'll need no sign that I am here, if you look for one you'll find it every time. This I promise as well.

"As you ask me to inspire you on the inhale, you can imagine my smile and feel the Love we have together. As you exhale you can see my Love pouring out of you toward whatever you wish; your work, another person, all of Creation. As you practice this you can feel more and more as I feel as I am loving."

"You are a being after my own heart. If you continue on this path you will find who it is you truly are. You then won't need me or my help. You and I will be as one.. In the meanwhile, use what works for you and disregard the rest."
