"Healing Spirit fragmentation is
accomplished through the redemption of denied
Spirit, and is the first priority for spirits in
helping with the healing. Redemption of denied
Spirit essence has three steps. The first and most
difficult step is to recognize that you are not
whole as spirit, that part of your spirit is not
with you. You may find it projected
out onto another, or you may find it when you
look for who it was that hurt you.
"The second step is to reclaim the
previously denied essence as your own. The spectrum
of the Spirit Polarity goes from Lucifer on the
extreme left to Ahriman on the extreme right, with
your spirit and my loving Light, of course, in the
center. Lucifer is warm, earthy, sweet and sexual,
and often mean, brutish and demanding. Ahriman is
cool, mental, astringent and rational, and quite
detached and judgmental.
While Lucifer is sly, Ahriman is
clever, and they both hate the Mother, but for
different reasons. In a face to face battle, Ahriman
will always outwit Lucifer, and yet Lucifer will
sometimes win with sheer force of ill intent and
'dirty tricks'.
"To reclaim your own spirit essence,
first align your spirit here with me in the center
of the spectrum. Here you can recognize both the
good qualities as well as the problems with both
ends of the spectrum. This is the place where you
can reclaim your denials, and from which you'll
successfully relate with your own Desire/Mother
essence. This is the place where the loving Light of
Spirit connects with New Heart, Real Heart. These
lessons and the channeling
class lesson on channeling
'the Folks' will be helpful in finding your
alignment. Also, the simple intention to find the
source of loving Light inside of you will help bring
you here quickly.
"Once you're in alignment with me,
simply admit that just like me, it was in fact you
who did those awful things, whatever they were.
Realize that as the perpetrator you had been doing
them unconsciously, in denial, and exercise the Sacred Act of Choice.
Choose to be aware of the behaviors, thoughts and
attitudes as your own, and take responsibility for
them. Immediately release
the judgments against yourself for having done
these things, and then simply stop doing them...
as best you can.
"The third step is to integrate the
previously denied essence with the rest of yourself.
Welcome it back home. You could use the 'parable of
the prodigal son' as an example of the kind of
attitude that is helpful here. Find a place in
yourself for the newly recovered essence where its
positive qualities are wanted and needed, and its
negative qualities are neither condemned nor
rewarded. The undesired qualities will soon fall
away in the light of your loving awareness, the
release of your judgments, and your Sacred Act of
Choice to become aware when they are about to
happen, and decide to do something different than
engage in the old behaviors.
"Soon you will be left with only the
benefits of your returned essence. The difficulties
it was causing out there in denial were due almost
entirely to the attitude it formed when you rejected
it and pushed it out of yourself. Locked out of
wholeness, love and acceptance, it was left with
only hate and denial for its expression.... and thus
became a natural ally of the asuras.
"The asuras have been gaining access
to manifestation through the gaps caused by
our denials, through the split or crack that is
created when we separate from part of ourselves.
Examples of asuric energy in humans include the
energy in and around the psychopathic killer that
flashes out of one person to attack another,
sometimes without the awareness of either. Even when
looking for it, often all that can be seen is a
momentary flash in the eye of the sender, and a
sudden bad feeling in the receiver.
"Other examples of asuric energy are
the demons who take possession of those experiencing
blaming rage, hatred, jealousy or the need for
revenge. Loss of connection with the self due to
traumatic shock or addictions and other forms of
attachment is often a cause of the split or crack
that opens a person to asuric possession.
"Asuric energy is the energy of hate
and denial. It carries the message, 'You have
disturbed me, and now I must kill you.' It feels hot
and sharp, and it slashes like a razor. It is very
powerful and feels mean and vengeful, it wants only
to kill and destroy. It is the energy of hate,
jealousy and revenge. 'You have hurt me, and now I
must hurt you back,' is the logic of demons. This
energy no longer has any place in my Creation. It
cannot be redeemed, it wants its own death, and it
doesn't want anyone to try to convince it otherwise.
As we separate it from everything else, it will go
to its right place. All other essence can and must
be redeemed.
"Knowing the difference between
denied Spirit essence and asuric energy is important
when doing the work of spirit redemption, and
particularly with their friend, Ahriman. If a
fragment wants anything other than death for itself,
it probably has some non-asuric essence that will
need to be redeemed. When the asura that's attached
to the essence denies this, tell it to leave here
and go to its right place.
"I'll take over escorting it to a
place outside of Creation where it will never
again be disturbed. The asuras' right place is where
they permanently cease existence and finally realize
their goal of oblivion. This is safe for you to do,
because only denial energy can leave Creation. Your
emotional essence will stay with you and with the
Mother in you.
"As you have probably gathered,
spirit redemption is advanced healing work. It needs
to be done from a position of resourcefulness,
strength and balance, and it's best if you have
others to support you.
"Too often in the human level of this
work natural allies have become enemies, because
they lost track of the fact that they're here
working together to help heal themselves and
Creation. Too often they've taken the triggering of
each other seriously, and forgotten that the true
cause of their immediate pain is not their friend
who has triggered them in present time, but
something from long ago, and until now hidden deep
within themselves.
"I'll finish this part of the lesson
with some advice. At this time in our healing,
please don't purposely trigger each other. It is not
loving to 'heal' someone by pushing them past their
comfort zone, unless they have specifically asked
you to do so. This would be like the misguided
parent who throws their child in the water so she
will learn to swim.
"When you respond to a trigger, look
for new ways of expressing yourself that stop the
old pattern of reenacting previous trauma, both
personal and universal. Choose to be creative and
truly loving without guilt in all of your responses,
while honoring the Mother within you.
"Also, look for the goodness and the
opportunity to heal in all situations. Do judgment release whenever
you feel stuck, even if you're not sure it's needed.
It can't hurt. Love one another, and please give
everyone, including yourself, a break. Healing at
these levels is hard work. It's important to rest
too. Balance is the way."
